Costs & how it works for membership and rehearsal space

Base membership fee
There are two different base membership fees. With a base membership, you will be able to attend all Modern events, and become part of our music community!

• €15,- a year for students
• €30,- a year for non-students

For becoming a member, you can register by filling in this form. If you join between February and August you will only have to pay half the membership fee.

Rehearsal space – additional fee
After becoming Modern member, you might join or form a band. Together with your band, you can use our rehearsal spaces. Using the rehearsal spaces results in an additional fee per band per year.

• €220,- a year per band or group (the cost will be shared between members)
• €100,- a year for individuals*.

Paying this fee allows you to rehearse in one of our spaces for one three-hour time slot every week; you will not have to pay the fee if you sporadically use the space.

Deposit
To be able to use the gear present in the rehearsal space and storage, you pay a deposit of 150€. This is to ensure accountability amongst our members.
